Sin embargo, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, cuando los beneficios de la optimizaci\u00f3n perinatal han pasado a un primer plano, se ha hecho hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de que el equipo neonatal colabore y participe activamente con los equipos de obstetricia y maternidad.<\/p><p>En el Reino Unido, la Asociaci\u00f3n Brit\u00e1nica de Medicina Perinatal (BAPM, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) desarrolla marcos para la pr\u00e1ctica y uno de sus recursos de calidad m\u00e1s recientes describe la \u00abruta de atenci\u00f3n para la optimizaci\u00f3n perinatal\u00bb (figura 1). La BAPM ha reconocido que para aplicar con \u00e9xito esta ruta debe existir una \u00abuna cultura de trabajo en equipo s\u00f3lida, h\u00e1bitos de comunicaci\u00f3n de alta calidad y una b\u00fasqueda de objetivos comunes dentro de los equipos perinatales\u00bb [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bapm.org\/resources\/building-successful-perinatal-teams-doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a>] y que las intervenciones descritas en la ruta de optimizaci\u00f3n perinatal \u00abse lleven a cabo en un contexto de calidad favorable en el que la estructura y los procesos apoyen un entorno \u00f3ptimo para ofrecer una mejora de la calidad\u00bb [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bapm.org\/resources\/building-successful-perinatal-teams-doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4<\/a>]. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Cuando los equipos perinatales trabajan bien juntos, pueden ofrecer una serie de intervenciones a lo largo del periodo prenatal, intraparto y neonatal para mejorar los resultados de los prematuros.
